Dialog Behavior Options

If you attempt to replace a misspelled word with a word that is not in any active dictionary, you may have Excalibur take one of three actions.

  1. Quietly let you replace the word.
  2. Beep, then let you replace the word.
  3. Put up a dialog that warns you that the word is not in any active dictionary, then let you replace the word. This is the default.

These last two actions are useful because they give you the opportunity to enter the replacement word into a dictionary before continuing.
